LIMITED WARRANTY

TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC. warrants to the purchaser that polypropylene dock flooring with the Diamond Pattern sold by TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC., or by its authorized dealers, is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of four (4) years. After which an additional five (5) years will be prorated as follows:
- Year 5 - 80%
- Year 6 - 60%
- Year 7 - 40%
- Year 8 - 20%
- Year 9 - 10%
Upon presentation of sufficient evidence to convince TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC. that a defect exists. TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC. will make restitution in the form of repair or replacement.
Furthermore, the TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC. warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations:
- The product must be installed and used for marine docks in a manner consistent with the instructions provided by TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC.
- TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC. reserves the right to require the return of defective product at the purchaser's expense.
- A copy of the original sales invoice must be provided as proof of purchase and the warranty period. The invoice date establishes the beginning of the warranty period.
- This warranty applies to TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC. product cost only and specifically excludes the following:
- The support system (other than TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC.), and any damage caused by a malfunction of the support system (other than TWIN BAY COOKS AND PRODUCTS, INC.), used by the purchaser in the installation of TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC. product.
- Transportation of replacement product.
- Labor related to the removal of defective product and the installation or Replacement product.
- TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC. product, which has been altered in any way, including damage caused as a result of assembly or attachment to anything other than the recommended support system.
- Any damages resulting from the malfunction of TWIN BAY DOCKS AND PRODUCTS, INC. product, including injuries.
